I was ordering food from freshii’s once and sometimes up to a couple times almost almost every week. It seemed like quality has been slowly declining but either way I enjoyed the food so I kept going. I ordered food for myself and added an extra ingredient (paid extra for steak to be exact) I did not receive anything I paid for. I called to see what we could do about this mishap and they stated “we were out of that ingredient so we just didn’t add it”. I was never told about this when I arrived to pick up my food nor refunded my money for paying extra and I had ordered another wrap that came with chicken but when I got home that wrap as well was sans chicken. I called to at-least get my money back for the extra ingredients but I have not heard back from the manager. It has been 5 days now. Thank you.

The servings are pretty horrible for $13. It was what I would expect for a child serving for the cost of getting a fairly large meal elsewhere. About two cups of food in total.

I’ve been here in the fall. Got a salad and I found a black hair. It was long and disgusting. I told them and they gladly offered to replace my salad anything anything I want. Also, they gave me 2 or 3 coupons.

Food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. Got the teriyaki twist bowl with chicken because I really like edamame and it didn’t disappoint. The meal was rather filling, too.

We just ordered dinner here for our family. $70 later and we are super disappointed. First if all they forgot one of our kids meals. My husband added steak to his bowl & it wasn’t even edible. I added several things to my salad which I was charged for but they did not add. We weren’t about to drive back for our forgotten meal. So after spending $70 I still had to make dinner.

Went in today and ordered a 10 dollar green smoothie. It had large chucks of ice in it and was not blended well at all. Super disappointed. They also were out of straws and just handed me my smoothie, how do you drink a smoothie without a straw? Ended up just throwing it out. Wish I could have gotten my money back.
