I love this place…. So glad I found it. I am kind of a creature of habit and always order the Black Pepper Chicken. It is so delicious I think about it when I’m nowhere near the place. Nice portion. Super fresh and flavorful. Always nice staff and reasonable prices make it a great lunch spot. I just love it and want to make sure this place has enough business to stick around.

There’s potential with the restaurant. The prices have increased by either a $1 or .50 just a heads up. If you’re dining in the wait time for your food will be 45 minutes (minimum). We ordered at 4 and got our food at 4:50. Had to say the pork ribs I ordered didn’t match the pork ribs in the photo, the portion of the rib chunks I got (11) compared to the price ($13.50) felt like a huge rip off. The staff is friendly though. I can tell they are trying. Next time I will just order my ribs from Chinese Duck House cause they make really huge portions so the price feels worth it. This spot would be good for tea and drinks though! Their prices are decent for the drinks they offer. Thank you Jong Can!

Wonderful spot with great beef chow fun and fresh boba teas. No powder mixes here! Also love the Orange Squash Jasmine tea. Super friendly too. A new favorite.

We decided to try Jong Can for takeout after work today, and we were pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and modern, the man who took our order at the front was really nice, everything was reasonably priced, the food came out pretty quick – long enough to let us know they were making our food to order, but quick enough to be a good takeout place – and the food was delicious. We got black soy chow mein, cashew shrimp, and spicy pork belly. Everything tasted fresh and not overly oily. We’ll definitely be going back.

This business has been closed since Covid. They recently purchased the entire back lot to their business. It used to be shared with the Mexican place next door. I ate at the Mexican place came back to my car being towed by the owner of Jong Can. THEY HAVENT BEEN OPENED FOR BUSINESS IN 3 YEARS!!I will never support this place, they don’t deserve anyone’s business once they reopen

Authentic western style HK cafe food. Their baked fried rice (pork chop and Portuguese curry) was amazing and brought back good memories. Better than Cafe de Coral… Glad to find this place in Portland, Oregon.

Good fried rice, quick, well priced and the people who work here are really nice. Usually get the Korean fried rice or kimchi fried rice which comes with a friend egg on top.
