I order from this location WEEKLY on Doordash, I have to call into the Forest Park location every time to have them put sauce on the chicken and potatoes because it is not an option on Doordash to do so. I called and spoke to Karen S, she stated that the sauce would be put on it and was arguing that I needed to scroll down the screen, it is not on the site to do so. Received my food, NO SAUCE AND NO SALAD DRESSING TO GO ON THE SALAD. I spent $22.00 on food that I could not even eat. I called back to the restaurant and she hung up on me three times, would never speak with me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, will never order again. You lost a weekly customer that has been coming here for YEARS…Management needs to know that you have workers at this facility that does not care about the customers.

I swear I don’t know what they put in that Nick’s sauce, but I buy the large bottle and put it on EVERYTHING! Food is always piping hot, service is great, the taste of food is consistent/GOOD. No complaints. I’m reviewing so not to be small and keep this hidden gem to myself, but they deserve all the praise and receipt of new customers. A must try if you’re in the area.

The food was very flavorful. Potatoes, Steak & Pita Bread. The reviews made me come here. I agree with everyone on their flavors. For $15 I should’ve gotten way more steak than I did. Y’all, it was about 9 lil pieces-not even half a normal size steak. Plus drink and Tip made my total $21. That’s kinda high for lunch but not the worst. I’d recommend this place highly but if you are a person who can eat a lot this was not as filling.

My son ordered from the Forest Park location 2 weeks ago, it was delivery viv Uber Eats. This was our 1st time eating from this chain, we enjoyed it. The lamb gyro meat was seasoned perfectly. And to our surprise they were hefty gyros not small at all. Yes we will order from here again for sure.

RUTH’S OLD GOLD ROCK

$18 got me a salad that weighed less than a pound.. Also, there seemed to be some issues and side discussion between the 2 women who were preparing the salad. Anyway, I felt more like an intrusion. Won’t be going back . That was my 2nd salad from there, 1st one was excellent and was worth the money.
