Food was excellent and service was great. Had a big table with multiple checks and the server handled it well. We sat on the patio facing the highway and enjoyed it very much until the mosquitoes came out. Really wish the place had something to keep them away. I know there are services out there to allow people to enjoy the great evening weather without the bugs.

I love this location of Habaneros! I used to frequent the Hwy 21 location but the food has become way less tasty and the staff is no longer friendly, the vibe is completely different than how it used to be pre-pandemic. But this location is wonderful! The food tastes how it should/used to, everything is flavorful and delicious, service is friendly and prompt, and the vibes are fun and relaxed. If you want excellent authentic mexican food and have been underwhelmed by the Covington locations on Hwy 21 & 190, try Hwy 22! You won’t be disappointed! I recommend the fish tacos, they are amazing I have to get at least 1 every time I eat here, the beef tacos are great, the Pollo Diablo is my standard if I’m really hungry and my husband loves the Alambres Tacos and Charro Beans. If you want a fun night out with excellent food, go to this location of Habaneros!

Not far from our campground and made for an easy week night dinner. Food was OK. Service was pleasant but average. We sat on their patio, which was a mistake‼️ The mosquitos were THICK && HUNGRY‼️ Really surprised that the restaurant didn’t spray or have some sort of bug control.

Average food for above average cost. Loud techno music also isnt what I want in a restaurant. NOT KID FRIENDLY from an atmosphere perspective. Young adults wanting to do shots and eat “modern bistro” Latin cuisine will enjoy this spot. It was very clean with ample parking. No glaring issues with service but it was hard to hear the staff.

Recommended by some close friends and we sure did appreciate their choice. The service was great and the food far exceeded my expectations. Our food tasted fresh and you could tell the cooks have a great recipe as all the various flavors blended perfectly. Unique experience and we will be back!

Went last night the food was awesome , service and drinks were incredible!! Wasn’t very happy when it was time to pay .. waitress told me my card was declined and I knew that couldn’t be true . So I gave her another card and it worked . Today I look at bank statements and she charged me on. Both cards .
