Details of the sauces are not clear, DO NOT order to-go and DO NOT call back. All you’ll get is terrible food not made correctly, and then told your sauce is a dry rub, when the website shows a a sauce. Worst wings I’ve had in awhile. The lady who answered last night didn’t seem to care my food was messed up.

I am so disappointed. I have been a customer here for a long time, but I ordered through door dash tonight, due to an injury(I can’t walk let alone go eat in a restaurant). It was a fairly simple order, but one item was completely missing and then the dinner salad came in a side container that you would put mashed potatoes in! Really!!! How do you even justify calling that a dinner salad??? This to me just seems like laziness on whomever was responsible for putting together the to-go order. As for the missing item, again, laziness!!! I do also blame the door dash driver for not double checking, but, it is the restaurants responsibility to properly pack the to-go orders. If I could give zero or negative stars I would!

The wings were great and those curly fries were plentiful. I only wish we could get them at Chili’s on a regular basis. The kiddo liked the Apple BBQ sauce but strong with apple and the Mango Hobenero help clear out the sinuses.

Ordered 16 bone in wings with two different flavors, 1 was fine the 2nd was half boneless and half bone in. I paid for all bone in and was slightly cold I would suggest the other location has I never had problems there lol

Well, first time ordering here and I ordered the 22 PC boneless chicken combo. The portions were great but the flavor fell flat for me. The breaded chicken tasted like something from the grocer’s freezer like Tyson’s chicken nuggets which I like, but I expected something more ordering from a restaurant.

Ordered through website. My order didn’t come. Called the number on the web page. The lady answering the phone said I had to go through doordash since I ordered from there. I explained I ordered through the its just wings website. She got the manager as she didn’t know what to do in that situation. He again said I had to go through doordash. I explained again that i ordered through its just wings and not door dash and that I received this information through my Chili’s rewards. He said that he just markets the its just wings kitchen but its a ghost kitchen and he can’t help and gave me door dash phone number. Door dash tried to help but couldn’t refund as they didn’t take my money. Tried a 3 way call with the restaurant again- lady answering asked if this was about the Kelly order. I said yes, she placed me in hold and the call dropped about 3 minutes after. Now they won’t answer the phone. Nice racket here – I gave my money to its just wings and there’s no one to fix issues. I won’t order from here again. And not from the Chili’s either – if they just take the money and don’t care about the customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s also listed as Chili’s on my bank statement so Chili’s should be the one to handle this.

Ordered from DoorDash had a craving for wings and this place popped up on DoorDash so we tried it. We got 4 different kinds – all were awful. The fries were soggy which is expected with delivery but all the wings had this overpowering smoke flavor that ruined the sauces, and I specifically ordered the non-smoke bone in wings. It’s all you could taste. The wings were just passably cooked not crispy like true chicken wings are supposed to be – they were chewy and slimy. Also what kind of wing place doesn’t have celery and carrot sticks? Even if I have to pay for its like Mac and cheese without the cheese! 75% of your he order went right in the trash another waste of money.

If there is a way to give zero stars, I would. The wings are just okay. I waited in the pickup spot per the instructions, and nobody arrived. I called and let it ring and ring and ring and nobody answered. I went in to the to go area, and nobody would help me. I went back outside and called and called and called. Finally, 40 minutes after they were supposed to be done, I was handed lukewarm wings with no apology. Don’t waste your time here.

First off, I love wings, and my wife likes them almost as much as me. We absolutely hated the ones from here. We decided to kick the tires on this place and will never do so again. The wings were freaking terrible. Tried the honey Chipotle, Buffalo, garlic parmasean, and apple BBQ. My wife said the apple BBQ were ok, but the garlic parm (her typical faves) she took one bite of and said eww. I have never had multiple flavors of wings all taste the exact same after trying them, until today. Literally threw $50 with of wings square in the garbage. Bland, dry, awful. Never again.
