I ordered delivery while in town visiting. I ordered the aloha bbq pizza and it was amazing!! By far some of the best pizza I’ve EVER had and I’m a lover of pizza!! It’s a shame that Jett’s pizza is so good because the service is TERRIBLE. We ALWAYS get our pizza 30 minutes to an hour later than they quote delivery. They forget our ranch over 50% of the time. When we call to ask about our order they sound annoyed and make excuses or say “it’s on the way, sorry about that”…. We live less than 10 minutes from the store.

Why do restaurants take so long to make one item for delivery. It took 15 mins to get here and I have to wait 20 more mins. I never seen more then 7 tickets hanging. Why don’t you do orders in order? Customers ordering thru delivery apps are just as important as the customers that call you directly. Even if ur short handed it shouldn’t take 40 mins to make one item.

The girl they had working the cashier had a very rude and nasty attitude and was extremely dismissive. I asked her if the order fully completed and all the items where in there and she yelled “EVERYTHING IS IN THERE, OPEN YOUR EARS!”, put on her headphones and went to the back and never came out again.

Pizza is decent, but the service is lacking. I totally understand that staffing is low lately so I agree it is stressful. Accurate wait times would be nice so we don’t show up and have to wait. It isn’t just here, it’s everywhere so definitely not just a knock on Jets. The pizza is pretty good

This location hands out coupons and then doesn’t accept them. I tried to use a coupon that expired a month later and was an “in store” coupon and was told I could only use it online.
