The employees are always nice, but the sandwich is almost never right and today’s sandwich was next level bad. I ordered online to pick up some sandwiches only to be called by the store to tell me that they were out of bread and would I like to cancel the order. This happened to me on 2 different occasions. They refunded me the first time but not the second time. I gave them one more try this Sunday. I placed my online order to be picked up. When I got there the store was closed!!! Again no refund! Why would the online order go through if they were not open?

Y’all keep saying, “That’s not how we roll,” but it is, indeed, exactly how you roll. Last week I ordered my lunch and it never came. I found out the next day that the store isn’t ever staffed for delivery on weekends, there’s no mechanism for the staff to stop taking online orders and whenever they can’t deliver, you will be quietly refunded and never hear from anyone. If your call is actually answered, a woman immediately begins berating you about the fact that they have no staff on weekends. She is angry and she takes this out on you.

Jimmy johns is not “ FREAKY FAST” I ordered my sandwich almost 30 min ago. I work a few blocks over. It’s is now 12:44 and I still have not received my sandwich. I have a 30 min lunch. I really think if it’s going to be over 20 minutes that the customer should receive a call. Very bad customer service. I guess I will eat my sandwich for dinner.

The employees were pleasant and helpful and the food was good and prepared as ordered. My horror came when they had no way to wash or sanitize your hands in today’s world how can you not at least have hand sanitizer available for your dine in customers. I felt obligated to contact the local board of health and voice my concern with them.

The last time we ordered they didn’t have any bread. They gave us a wrap, that was completely just trash. They wrapped lettuce in some paper. Every time we order it’s always an issue. I’m done with ordering from them.

After a long days of work coming in from a convention, I wanted to stop and get a bite to eat. On my way home. Entered into Jimmy John’s and they were so happy that I came and greeted me at the door. Grant prepared my sandwich, and it was perfect! Eric took my order and Ciara greeted me at the door. I mean this place is awesome. It’s clean in here. And they offer to make a combo and I said YES ONLY because of the kind service I was shown. I’ve been in here about less than 10 minutes and they deserve 20 stars and I left a tip. Awesome service.
