This was a long overdue visit… I hear a lot about JJ’s Wood Fired Pizza, but it’s literally as far away from my home as I could go and still be in Fort Collins. Nice atmosphere, very appropriate for families. The pizza had very good flavor, but pretty shy on toppings. Our salads were fresh and tasty, but for me it’s off-putting to be served out of an aluminum bowl with plastic lid… Good selection of beer! And the employees were ALL friendly and helpful! Because of the distance, I won’t be making this a regular hangout. Maybe when our grandkids are old enough to enjoy pizza…

Great place to go get a drink and a pie. Close to the resovoir and not bad portions. The pies we ate had all the makings of being really good minus flavor. They where a bit light on spice. Staff locked up the outside chairs and did not want to unlock them. This was disappointing because we really wanted to sit outside.

Traveled 55 miles here to try out JJ’s Wood Fired Pizza. Didn’t just travel here for pizza, but did some shopping up here too. Enjoyed the clean open atmosphere and the pizza. Ordered gluten-free bread for one pizza. The gluten-free option wasn’t too bad. When you see the inside looks uncooked but it wasn’t. A lot better than hard gluten-free choices out there. Would visit again when I’m in the area.

Believe it or not, this little pizza shop really delivers! We had the BBQ Chicken and the Spinach and Sausage and both were good. The crust was perfect. Good beer selection too. And it was so nice to sit on their patio. All in all, a good time

Absolutely hilarious that one of the best dinners in Fort Collins is on your way back from Horsetooth in a gas station. 10/10 the margharita pizza and the slushy cocktails! The bartenders mixed the flavors for us and they were both great!

5 pm. No wait time. The food was good if you like thin crust pizza. The dessert was heavenly – cheesecake. Be sure to bring your phone so you can look at the menu.

I sat at the bar for 20 minutes while the bartenders ignored me. The place was not busy, yet they didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. Yet there were 3 people at the bar, and both bartenders were attentive towards them, asked them if they wanted another beer . I stood up and order by the order here sign. The lady behind the counter looked annoyed, I felt rushed. Once we order pizza I sat at the bar, no napkins or water was offered. So we stood up and grabbed our own water. If you are a person of color prepared to be ignored. Despite the terrible bad service, we tipped 18%. I’ve never experienced such bad service. I’ll never come back. The ambiance was really nice, pizza was good but not great.

Food was great! Unpretentious pizza place with fresh salad, and amazing tiramisu. Ambrosia told us the marinara is hand milled with just a bit of salt and my husband couldn’t stop commenting on how great it tasted. The salad was fresh with plenty of toppings and really good dressing. We’ll definitely be back!
