I won’t be visiting this location anymore. The service is awful. I went through the drive thru after hearing the previous customer order I asked the person on the speaker “How long did you say the wait is for white meat”..he says 25 minutes..So then I said well in that case I would like to order a Number 4..which was the 4 piece chicken tender meal….what I got was a 3 piece meal and the chicken strip were so small it was ridiculous..This can’t be an 8 dollar meal. The young lady who gave me my order just says “here you go” and basically shoves the box in my hand. Overall my experience SUCKED. Won’t be going back .

I come here sometimes very rarely, because when you do go to the drive-through, it is always a 30 to 45 min hold so I stop and get me a quick bite and my biscuit looks like it’s been played with literally from opening the box I see this I already dread going here but there has to be at least one person want better for this business because they are loosing ppl Daily

I agree with most of the reviews on this particular location. The management sucks the whole restaurant needs to be shut down. They are a disgrace to Colonel Sanders name every single time, and I would say that I am a frequent customer that I come to this restaurant I don’t care if you order a one drumstick they will pull you to the front like you came to a chicken restaurant and ordered a steak and scallop dinner. They are horrible. They rush you through the drive-through. They never have chicken. This is the worst location on gods green earth.

Worst place ever, places an order at drive thru. Order 3 peice big box and 4 peice tenders. Looks like the food sat all day and burnt. And the biscuits was hard as a rock. Only got 3 tenders. When called to make a complaint the manager was rude. Someone really needs to reevaluate the empolyees they have there. Managee and all.

Placed an order for regular sandwich combo, no pickle with coleslaw at 12:10. Kanoris told me it would be an 8 minute wait, which was ok. Marcus brought my drink, which was flat. At 12:30 Marcus asked what I was waiting for and I handed him my receipt. I told him my drink was flat and he offered a new one. My order was brought at 12:38 and I had to leave to get back to work. I noticed a Diablo bag but “hoped” it was just marketing. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and fries.

I was there March 13,2023 @ aprox 4 pm. Tables,Floor & Bathroom we’re nasty. Staff was arguing with customers about what they ordered, ( ours was wrong). Young kid behind register@ 4:12pm in long sleeved black T shirt was loudly saying racist remarks( including N…)& Talking about the Weed he had with him. All while manager was nearby.

To be completely fair to the people working here my expectations of KFC are high because all the rest of our local ones are spectacular… This said this particular one sucks…. The biscuits were still white as snow on top and tasted slap raw not under cooked but raw the Mac n cheese tasted like it was sitting too long the tea had waaaaay too much sugar the employee handing me my food literally was texting on his phone while giving me my food the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is my chicken itself was acceptable almost all the rest went in the trash. My reccomendation: skip this place
