I’ll never eat there again. I simply wanted a famous bowl with no potatoes cause I’m not allowed to have them substituted with Mac and cheese and they refused to serve it that way. I’m a manager and I know that they are able to do it. Not everyone can have potatoes but I can tell you that I will never say anything good about this restaurant ever

I ordered extra crispy and they didn’t have that ready. So I waited thirty minutes comma which was so worth it. I didn’t eat inside the restaurant so I really can’t speak to atmosphere, but the chicken was fire and it was fresh. Extra crispy just like I like it!!

I ordered a 16 piece with 8 biscuits and 2 large cole slaws and 1 large macaroni and cheese and 1 large mashed potatoes and 1 large green beans and small gravy. I was upset cause I didn’t get my green beans and they would not answer the phone when I called.

Rude. I’m a doordash driver but the employees didn’t greet me or ask about the order. So I could’ve been a customer. Regardless, that’s lame. Employee didn’t even speak to me when the order was ready, just handed it to me. I could’ve been anyone?

Stopped in this KFC after a long drive Sunday evening. I had told my husband how great the fried chicken sandwich was at KFC (eaten at other locations). I ordered the Chicken sandwich basket as it came with 3 yes 3 sides and a drink for $9.25. not a bad price. When we got our order, the sandwich looked smaller than when I ordered the sandwich alone. Also they forgot the pickles which really makes the sandwich!! So good (lots of sides) and bad (no pickles). Of course I’ll still visit KFC but am concerned that quality varies from store to store.

I stopped here after driving home from work to get sides for a steak dinner. I bought a family size mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy family size, 2 drinks one large and one medium size and 6 biscuits. The Mac and cheese my husband did not like said it tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. The mashed potatoes were good, biscuits were slightly hard but mostly soft. The cost was $17 for all of it which I thought was kind of high and for the Mac and cheese not living up to its glory. I am glad they got our order correct, were prompt in service, nice at window but food quality could have been better on this visit.
