Super sketchy vibes inside and outside, orders are consistently wrong, and the service was awful. It was so bad it was like a joke and now we go ironically to see how bad it’s gonna be. This is a kfc/taco bell themed escape room. This is where the vegan taco bell-goers get trapped in their nightmares. Pretty sure the cashier was my sleep paralysis demon. Will be returning

We placed our order for the 8pc family dinner and a drink for dine in the ice in the soda machine was not working and they did not tell you until you said something to them and then they gave us very little ice in our drink k cup and we watched other patrons get drinks and again no mention that the ice machine did not work when we got our food they did not give us plate and when we went to ask for them one of the employees said that was all they had and when they’re gone and there won’t be any more which I thought she was very rude and also they did not give us any butter spread or honey for our biscuits. We have stopped at this KFC every time we go to platteville which is not very often and this is a treat for us since there isn’t on close enough to us so this was very disappointing

We walked in 1 minute after lobby opening and were very unhappy and unsatisfied!! The floors had food all over, the tables had not been cleaned, and the highchair had food that looked to be a day or two old. When we told them about the lack of cleanliness they said I know we will get to it and after being there for 20 to 30 minutes nothing had been done. When we tried to get our sodas out of the machine it was turned off they had to turn it on, when we took a drink the soda tasted horrible. We told them and they just filled our cups from the drive thru area and didn’t try to figure out the machine. It was a taco bell/ KFC location and when my husband ate his cold and sour tasting burrito he was highly dissatisfied, tired of complaining and nothing getting done he ate it out of hunger.
