I came down to visit family on Sunday through yesterday evening, went to this kfc around 5:30ish with my sisters husband, and my nephew…the guy behind the counter was so nice. I appreciate that so much! The food was good. The only thing I failed to mention to the gentleman was they had run out of tea. But that’s all for that. My particular order was on front counter to go and the bowl was so good.

This particular visit was a drive-thru order in which I can honestly say the person taking my order was very polite and friendly which you don’t get in most drive-thrus I ordered a mac and cheese Bowl which I had never had but was fairly good and would recommend it however our local KFC is not the most popular restaurant and very few actually dine in and the food is average for KFC.

Food was good, staff was friendly, and we received our order in a timely manor. Place just smelled bad. Dead flies and other bugs caught in cobwebs in the entry way. It makes you wonder how clean the back is where the food is being prepared. Overall good experience just needs a good cleaning.

Good eating would have gave them 5 stars if they would have had original but crispy was good and they forgot our drinks and I had to get out and go in and get them it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal but it was cold as my ex-wife’s hart.

Apparently, they received no deliveries this particular day, so there was no coleslaw, no Mac & cheese, no buns for a chicken sandwich & a a manager that threw his employees under the bus while he leaves the store in search of product. These poor kids had no clue what to do. We ordered online & then went to pick up. We had to wait 45 minutes for chicken &mashed potatoes. We paid for an 8 piece meal & 3 chicken sandwich meals & ended up with chicken sandwiches on mini buns, chicken, potatoes & gravy, & a handful of cookies. Had we known before placing the order & paying for it, we would not have ordered. We won’t be back.
