Any coffee house can brew coffee, but many don’t know how to brew it well in order for the bean’s roast notes to be fully present. Lawless Coffee appears to have gotten this right! Excellent coffee. If you’re into the “dressed up” coffee concoctions, you’ll find plenty of good ones here as well. Staff was friendly, welcoming and informative.

If your looking for quality coffee.. go to Lawlss in Sturgeon Bay! Located in a gorgeous bank, renovated to enhance your visit with aesthetically pleasing furniture and seating. I had the smoked mocha latte with oat milk and delicious apple pastry. We dined in and unfortunately they used disposable coffee cups instead of reusable mugs. Still delicious over all.

I’ve been here a few times, and I have never been disappointed. The staff is super nice, the coffee and other drinks are so flavorful and creative! The atmosphere if very unique, as it used to be a bank. It’s fun to sit in the old vault. All of the old, original decor is very distinctive. Lawlss is a great place to meet friends or just to get your morning fix.

Saw all the positive reviews of this place so I had to go. Needless to say I was not disappointed! Chill vibes and the staff was very friendly. Not to mention my honey oat milk latte was hot and delicious. Fun fact about this place is that it used to be an old bank, now transformed into a cozy coffee shop! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Door County. ☕️

Good coffee & tea in a lovely setting. I am giving three stars because the staff needs a huge improvement in customer service. I have been here several times within the past few months and they seem to become annoyed should I ask one question about an ingredient or offering. The staff is very cold and rarely friendly which is the complete opposite of Sturgeon Bay – everyone is quite friendly here. Hope they can improve on this because they have quality offerings and it’s worth a stop.

Had two awesome drinks here today. First was a “Caramello” which was amazing — the browned-butter flavor was perfect. Second one, after how good the first one was, I just asked if they wanted to make something new or try something out on me, and got a cinnamon-ish latte that apparently had been on the menu a while back. I’d gladly return — nice atmosphere, fair price, good drinks.
