Pizza had barely any flavor and kinda felt like cardboard for the crust. The staff has a very “I don’t care” kind of attitude but aren’t rude just seem sick of being there. The hot and ready pizzas and even worse tbh but what can you expect for 5.99.

Little Caesars in Norwich has improved it’s customer service. The speed to which orders are made ready varies by staffing on shift, as well as, friendliness. I have been told my order would be ready in just a couple minutes and ended up waiting 10 with no explanation. Lately, just recently, I decided to give them another chance, and have been pleased with product, speed and friendliness. Little Caesars is satisfactory pizza.

Placed an order online and they said they never received it. My Doordash wasn’t willing to wait around so after contacting Doordash, AND Little Ceasars, they tell me they have NO manager on staff and didn’t know my order came in. Told them I wasn’t willing to sit around on the phone for over an hour just get to get a pizza because door dash and little Ceasars want to pass the blame to each other. Absolutely unacceptable they didn’t have a competent manager on staff who couldve resolved the issue quickly. I refunded my order and i guess I won’t be dealing with them again.
