This is a hidden gem. The food is extremely flavorful. We tried three different soups: Egg drop, hot and sour and wonton. The egg drop soup was the best I’ve ever tried. The hot and sour was the perfect amount of each flavor. I was a little sad about the wonton soup the broth was very bland, but I liked the wonton it was a little different then I’ve had before but not in a bad way. For the entrees (from lunch menu) we had the #S3 Shrimp with Vegetables and #S5 Double Delight. The shrimp with vegetables was good not an overwhelming garlic flavor which I’ve had at other restaurants was great. Everything was cooked perfectly. The Double Delight had a pleasant amount of heat to it but the favor is on point. Both meals also came with fried rice. I cannot believe it has taken me 5 years to finally try this food. I will definitely be back.

The owners are very pleasant and attentive, the food is delicious. My order of beef and broccoli, over rice, was very good. The egg rolls are also a good suggestion. Generous portions, fast service, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We were traveling and saw good reviews for this place so we tried it. This is a family owned restaurant. The food is very good and there is a good variety of choices. Friendly, good service, good food. If we’re in Emporia again, this will definitely be a place we will stop to eat.

I try and eat here every couple of weeks. I can NOT go in on lunch. There is one waitress and she will take 15 mins to even come over and ask me what to drink. If you don’t have atleast 2 hours to wait on her to decide if she wants to wait on u then I would NOT recommend. The food is decent but nothing special. They are never packed when I go in but the waitress will serve everyone around me. She serves bigger groups first before someone that is by themselves. I’m assuming due to higher Tips. Today I walked in and sat for a good 10 mins before she came over and said she would not have time for my order for another 10 mins… it was NOT packed at all. Highly suggest pick up since that’s all it looks like they focus on. Not very happy with this establishment at all.

Reliably good food at moderate prices. Visited there last night for the first time. Appetizers, soup, and entrees were very good. Portions were generous. Service was OK, but our server kept forgetting to bring us extra napkins as requested. Came back tonight for a platter of appetizers. Again, very tasty. Same server. Forgot the napkins, again. But she made up for it otherwise by attentiveness and pleasant attitude.
