It’s cheap and there’s a reason for that. Pick a different pizza place. We had it delivered and specifically asked on the website for face to face interaction. The delivery person basically ding dong ditched our pizza on the front porch except they didn’t even ring the doorbell! Took us about 20 minutes after to realize it had been delivered. Definitely don’t order the chicken wings. We got the oven roasted chicken wings. They were barely seasoned and didn’t look “oven roasted” at all. This location also clearly doesn’t clean their chicken before cooking. Found several pieces with chicken feathers still on them. Disgusting!! Threw the whole order away. Will not be ordering from here again.

I’ve had a few less than ideal experiences with this Little Caesar’s and held my tongue. For the third time, we received pizza that was not cut all the way through. End of the world? No. We have a pizza cutter but when it’s consistently that way it’s very annoying. How hard is it to properly cut a pizza? Not only was it not cut, the half-cut lines were nonsense. Done with LCs. There are plenty of better options in Kville.

Went today on my break to pick up my pizza I ordered before my break so I would have time to eat some of it. To start off my tracker constantly said the order was almost ready that it was being packaged. By the time I arrived my pizza should have been ready, but it was not. I go inside to see and the code didn’t work on the portal, and no one even bothered to help me. I stood there forever and by the time I was helped, the lady was rude. She just handed me the pizza and walked away without saying anything. Not even a sorry that I had been waiting for 15 minutes+. Also on my app, the pizza tracker is still showing up as not ready.

Placed an online order, went to pick up about an hour later and they tell me they ran out of pizza dough! Why are you still taking orders! Sign on the door said call, lights off except the back area, open sign off! Only 2 employees there. The long hair guy was so missed up, he was tripping out! The younger guy was great! Who is the manager of this store?

Once again I received undercooked food after specifically ordering well done. The order took much longer than anticipated only to receive it undercooked and uncut. All three items I ordered went straight into my oven. I would recommend finding another pizza place. This is not the location for consistance or cooked food.

When this location opened I was so excited and for the first couple of years it’s was absolutely awesome service..but…. I don’t know what happened during the pandemic but the service went down hill faster than a bunny can hump. The last several times I have been they have got my order wrong. One time the middle of the pizza was completely nothing but raw dough. This last visit I had called ahead to make my order they said that it would be ready in 20 minutes and when I showed up the had no idea what my order was because the didn’t put it in the computer. So they had to redo my order and they surprise surprise they got it wrong again after waiting an hour I finally got my order. Convenient or not I will just find another place to go from now on.

I called in to order 2 extra most best one pepperoni and one cheese @8:40pm , they stated 20 minutes for pick up! I arrived at the restaurant within the time frame, to a pick up my pizzas. Both pizzas were not “freshly” made or atleast to my order. I had to use my own pizza cutter to cut the badly warmed over pizzas , pizzas are supposed to be cut after baking at the restaurant. The crust of the other was burnt to point , no return. They close@10pm, I called of course no answer at all.. I’ll deliver these pizzas, back to you with no charge lil Ceasars this is one of the worse experience ever for me

This store was closed for the longest time and so we decided after noticing the store was re open we were excited to order from here. I am not one to complain as I have been in the restaurant business for 10 years but as I walked in the guy up front is obviously on some type of drug, the cooks were not wearing gloves, I sat there for 15 extra minutes while my order sat in the portal but wasn’t able to use my code due to staff not putting it was ready, I expected 10x the service since closing and reopening but it’s not better than it was before it shut down. I will no longer be coming back to this store. I would rather drive to west market street to order my pizza than bring my service back here.

Do NOT order delivery from this Kernersville location. I have yet to get my correct order delivered and there is no recourse since they use Door Dash. The latest was this past Friday – I ordered the food at noon to be delivered at 5pm. First it was a half an hour late arriving at 5:30pm and two of the four pizzas were not what we ordered – never ordering for delivery from Little Ceasars again.
