Young white guy working register today was extremely rude. I ordered 12 pizzas for a school he told me that it has to be done a day in advance which wasn’t the issue ! I understood and ordered 6 then as i was waiting 6 more people came in and ordered 2 pizzas a piece so I’m not understanding the difference.. he handed them 2 pizzas each at the time that they ordered ! But they all were white so it explains it ! Never will go back to this location

Came in at 8:50 (this location closes at 10 and was not busy). When I asked how long it would be to make a few pineapple pizzas I was told that “it’s almost 9:00 they will only be doing cheese and pepperoni” even tho the lady ahead of me order sausage but okay . I asked for two cheese and a pepperoni along with stuffed cheese bread. She rang me up for the two cheese pizzas and bread and my soda. When I asked where the other pizza was she then told me I didn’t ask for it. When I said “yes I did and repeated my order she tried arguing with me and proceeded with rude facial expressions and an attitude. I’ve been in customer service for 9 years now. This is not proper customer service. Do better little Caesar’s. I will say the stuffed cheese bread was very on point and the pizza was good. But the customer service

The girl working on 01/22/23 around 2-3pm wouldn’t give me a receipt and over charged me completely and wouldn’t refunded either. She refused to provide me her name or the managers name. When I called up there to see the time the manager will be in she hung up on me 3 times and called me numerous names. I won’t be going to that location anymore. What a shame. People just don’t seem to want to work and be respectful anymore. Last time I went there I was refused to pay with cash and was told card only which is illegal. I’m ready to report this place.

I was in line for 20 minutes just to get 2 hot & ready pizzas & breadsticks. I would have been happy with just the breadsticks. But all of the customers standing in the lobby weren’t even being served or orders taken. If they are supposed to have hot n’ ready then that would be nice. I take into consideration that they might be short staffed but not even to be Acknowledged really was it!
