Clean fast service with a smile it was actually far better than I was expecting usually don’t find this in a mall food area. For Taco Bell it was fantastic and I will probably be back here if I’m in the area. Not to mention it’s in a mall that’s actually still thriving.

I love Taco Bell; but, I was told to use the kiosk to put in my order. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or if this is the new norm. I wish there was a sign directing customers to do so. I stood around for a bit before I was told to use it. I prefer human-to-human ordering.

I ordered food fpr my kids and myself..than AFTER I paid they tell they only have enough meat for 3 tacos..when I already ordered about 9. I don’t understand how you run out of meet. Than because I wanted my full refund the cashier got annoyed. As if I was the issue. It was ridiculous

Taco Bell at this location refuses to give you a refill. They stated that they wouldn’t accept my cup back and in order to get a new cup they told me I must pay again. Extremely disappointing. You should get what you pay for! Or there should be a sign saying no refills before you spend your money on false advertising. It states on their website that there are free refills.

Worst experience ever. I ordered for 1 cheese quesadilla and a taco. She decided to make it 2, when I asked why the bill is 8 something, rather than clarifying she was blabbering “insert chip”, “insert chip”.. I was wondering the prices went so high or what and was still inquiring while processing .. the other employee also heard one quesadilla and made only one. I asked her to refund, to which she made me wait for 10mins and says she can’t and said she repeated the order. Liar! And there is no way to refund it seems..
