A co-worker shared that they liked the pizza from Little Caesars, so we decided to try it. Went in to order at Cantrell location. This crust peperoni pizza and wings. They said it will be 10 minutes. Waited in our car. The parking lot was littered with trash. Went in to get the pizza and wings. Drove home to discover they had given us a Hawaiian pizza. Wings where correct. Drove back to store, they said it will be an additional 15 minutes. I requested my money back at that time. It took them 10 minutes and 2 employees to refund my cash for only the pizza. Need less to say we will not return.

Whoever the lil fat lady is that works here that stay bent over the counter with a funky nasty attitude…. It was 9:20 pm and she act as if they was closed. Lady I understand y’all close at 10 and there will be a wait but don’t be all extra rude thinking that people isn’t going to order. We’re spending our money so fix it. Her name is mrs San at this Cantrell location as I heard the young fella say her name as others was walking in she was steady being rude. Two white men came in behind me ordering she got rude and walked away and told the young man to take they order cuz she said the white man was looking crazy. Smh head then she bent all over the counter. Whewwww first and last time at this location.

I’m not a regular, but I’m not impressed. I was unaware that I can’t order online like the Bowman location and this location only offer Hot N Ready Cheese or Pepperoni Pizza after 8. I’ll stick with locations that offer more options no matter the time of day or night.

The pizza was hot and tasty, the only issue was that I was two minutes early for kiosk pickup and the lady in the back was yelling at all the customers, saying, “If you don’t see your name on the board, then you’re order is not ready because y’all are early.” She repeated, “Y’all are early” as if it was a problem to arrive early and wait. Not one customer was complaining about their order not being ready but the employee felt the need to scold the customers who arrived before their order was in the kiosk which is not very professional in my opinion. However, this seems to be the typical attitude of fast food workers and many service workers since the beginning of the pandemic, so I’m not surprised.

The staff is the worst. They let the phone ring off the hook and when they finally answer they put you on “hold” so you can hear them trash talking customers. This has happened twice. They have lost my oder and have given me burned pizza. They don’t want to be there. Re staff or close the location.

The fat lady at the register was very rude. All I had was quarters and she refused to take them. Told me I had to leave and go find some change somewhere cuz she didn’t want to count them. It was like 6 bucks. I tried to argue it with her and she told me to leave and never come back. I said no problem.

The door handle to go into the store is nasty it has been this way for months the workers take smoke breaks and do not go in and wash their hands I have observed this on several occasions the floor is nasty the corners in the store are nasty the drawers that are to the right of the counter are nasty they do not keep this place clean walking into a store the front is supposed to always be clean
