Pizzas are “supposed” to be hot and ready. This location only does 1 type of hot and ready. If you want a extra most bestes or thin and crisp forget about been hot and ready and wait 20 to 30 mins and even longer for any of the last 2 mentioned. Futher more no one seems to know what’s going on and basically don’t care when you ask a question.

I told the cashier to charge me for more pepper and cheese she said it was free but someone came from the back move her alway and gave me the pizza and told me that was all. I don’t know if they have a limit on pepper and cheese but if the customer is asking for it and is paying for the extra thing they should be friendly not rude to the customers that are paying him to be working. I hope that someone or a MGR can do something about this. I went at 7:21 p.m. the cashier name is Kelly R. she knows who was the worker that gave me the pizza.

A Handful Of Mac ‘N’ Cheese
This Little Caesars has members who are painfully unprofessional. They were so distracted with gossip that when I tried ordering cheesy bread with my pizzas they completely dismissed it, making me have to make a second transaction and holding up the drive through. It was a group of girls who crowded the window, they were unclear, distracted, and can’t even get a simple order of two hot and ready pizzas with cheese bread right. Hell! When i tried ordering the cheese bread they were genuinely confused, asking if I meant crazy bread/bread sticks. I just sighed and said yes, the boards before the drive through show cheese bread as a completely different item, the fact that a collective of employees didn’t even know what I was trying to order is very sad.

I was in line for more than a hour with 12 cars behind me. And no one came outside to say that they will no longer take orders. Terrible service. Asked for the manager and he/she didn’t show up. Do not recommend go to another friendlier location. Why is the lobby closed?
