The decor was beautiful. The restaurant was pretty empty when I was there. The fries were pretty good, but the crabcake wasn’t great.

Pros: it’s at the hotel and it’s open, whereas lots of places nearby aren’t.

We were staying at the hotel and weren’t up for a busy restaurant. This was perfect. The painkiller martini was delicious. We also had the scallops and fried green tomatoes, solid for bar food. The bartenders were awesome and made us feel super welcome. Thanks!

My buddy and I were in the area and wanted to go somewhere close by after we finished scuba diving at the GA Acquarium and we’re actually walking towards Catch 21 when it started to rain. As we were trying to find an alternate place that was high quality we accidently came across this and only went in to avoid walking in the rain. Best accident ever!!!! High quality food, decent prices for what you get and the bartenders we’re amazing. We went to ALOT of places during the week we were in Atlanta to try local favorites and each were unique in their own way. Of all places though this place tops them all. Decor of the bar is very contemporary and it’s located at the W Hotel across from the Acquarium. The bartenders are true mixoligists! Food was eldente! If I go back there I’ll definately go there again and again….it’s that good.

I approached the outside door which was locked. Hotel valet had to tell me how to get inside. Like no instructions on the door or nothing. I don’t know who my server was because I was seated by one young lady and then another one comes over asking my order; neither of them gave their name. I ordered the smoke salmon with a side of avocado which came to the table after my plate but I ordered all my food at the same time. There was only 1 table of 5 guests dining during this time. So I wasn’t aware that the plate came with cream cheese, but I was cool with that, but I wasn’t cool with the fact that one of the cream cheese package was dirty and on the plate with my food that came out of the kitchen from with the cook and walked all the way to my table by the server who didn’t notice the dirty package either or acknowledge it. I sat the dirty cream cheese on the table off to the side hoping one of the servers notice it and apologize and also let the kitchen know, but that didn’t happen. So after I had eaten and paid for my food I asked one of the servers for management and she said they weren’t available. More specific they were providing catering. I said okay and left, but I wanted my concern heard about the sanitation of my food so I called later that day. My call was directed to voicemail, I left a message, but I guess the company just don’t care enough to return my call about the dirty condinment pack being place on the plate with my food. So sad with the prices they charge. My main concern as a consumer is that the have areas of service that’s not getting the attention needed.
