Already had low expectations because of the service I got at the time I ordered, but I got chicken tenders to go late the other night… and only discovered once trying to eat them that they were not only flavorless, but had something white (and not the same color as the meat) inside of them.

I ordered a cheeseburger sub. I received bread, fixins and one dried burger cut in half. The cashier didn’t understand what I was saying. I usually have a great experience there. this time was horrible, I did not see the usual guys behind the counter.

This lace is one of the few locations in this part of town, where you can pick-up a slice of pizza at 10am. Albeit nearly $6.00 for a single cheese slice, it is what it is, and the price shouldn’t matter when you have a pizza craving early in the morning. Just to forewarn you, this establishment is designed for take out or carry out only, and you would not be allowed to sine inside. We have ordered delivery from here probably half a dozen times. Today I was in the mood for food, and this place was situated close to where I was doing my laundry. What better way to kill time while you are waiting for your clothes to dry? The slice tasted wonderfully, even though it was gone in just a few bites. I could have ordered a small pizza with a can soda for $11.00 but I knew that I would probably have a late lunch today. This was just a snack. Besides the pizza they offer other Italian type of food, like gyros which is another favorite of mine.

Needed some late night bites for a game night and ordered from here on Sunday night. When the pizza came it was fresh and warm. We had an XL because there were 6 of us and the size fine for us! The pizza was okay, it did the job to fulfill the hunger that everyone had. I actually preferred the wings. The mild sauce was true to its name and wasn’t too spicy. They weren’t too chewy and had a nice crunch to it.

We order from Manny & Olga’s all the time. They haven’t failed us yet. It’s very consistent and the food is always good. They have a good variety of options and even though it’s a pizza place; their burgers are way better than places that specialize in them in DC. Their heart shaped pizza is also a very good thin crust pizza in my opinion. We will continue to be loyal Manny & Olga fans.

This is the second time I’ve ordered JERK WINGS from them only to receive something else all together. Oh and the sauce I paid for two additional ones were supposed to be jerk sauce and I got salad dressing. Garlic Bread wasn’t Garlic wouldn’t recommend unless it’s with a coupon and you can go in …

Ordered a square pizza from Katsouprinis Pizza Squared but instead got a calzone from this place instead? On top of that, the order was over 10 minutes late bc of their own system problems. Money and time almost entirely wasted, saved only by the knowledge of never ordering from here or the pizza squared joint ever again.

I walked about half a mile to this store because zi had a craving for a slice of pizza. I had actually walked by this place more than a few times over the course of a few weeks. Each time I noticed their promotional street sign which indicates the price of their slices of cheese pizza to be $5.000 as well as the pepperoni slice for $6.00. When I came inside to order I was confused when he gentleman behind the counter told me the price was actually $5.50. ‘look it’s on the menu’ he stated. I raised my concern with him that the price displayed outside indicates $5.00 and not $5.50. He said I was wrong, and looked at me like I was stupid. I encouraged him to take a look for himself, and sure enough there t was. Then he tells me ‘oh the tax isn’t inckuded’ which I though was strange for a couple of reasons. Firstly, you would think that heir promotional sign would also display ‘plus tax’ which it does not. Secondly, I bought a slice of pizza at a different pizza place just a couple of days ago that also cost $5.00. There was no tax involved with that transaction at all. The $.50 price difference is irrelevant in my book, and I feel like this Manny & Olga’s is deceiving their consumers.

Sometimes you need an emotional support pizza at 1 in the morning. I actually ordered this on an impulse, tried to cancel it when I realized my broke a** should not be spending money when I have perfectly good food in the fridge, but then I said “whatever, it’s done, let’s do this”. And my my my, was I delighted! The food came on time but I passed out and forgot about it for an hour, ran outside to get it, popped it in the microwave, and it still slapped. Was it the best pizza I’ve ever had? No, definitely not. But it’s easily superior to Pizza Hut, Dominoes, and most chain restaurants as the freshness is very apparent. Nice, crisp crust and juicy toppings. Can’t complain! Not perfect, but better than expected and good enough to order again!
