This is by far the worst Papa Johns I’ve dealt with in my time on this earth. For some reason unknown to me I keep giving them chances when I get tired of other pizza places and every time the disappoint me. Half the time they take way longer than expected, I’ve received stale old pizzas I had to warm up myself, or only get half my order. Finally learned my lesson today and will NEVER order from this store again.

I had one of the worst Papa John’s delivery experiences today. The order was about 20 min late, but this is understandable since dinner time tends to be busy. When I received my pizza today, the seal was not intact, which was a warning sign from the beginning. When I opened the box, the pizza was all flipped and looked like it exploded or something. My fiance is a vegetarian, so I carefully separated her half from my half. Because pizza was all messed up and mixed together, it was inedible. We were very disappointed and ended up ordering our dinner from some place else. I do not recommend Papa John’s pizza from this place. Please order from somewhere else.

I will never order from this Papa Johns again. They’ve messed up my delivery order multiple times, and every time I call the staff are very rude and always say they don’t have the authority to process a refund and only the manager can. Fine, but then the manager is NEVER there and they just say to call on a specific day at a specific time to reach the manager. You guessed it, you’ll never reach the manager. They are knowingly stealing people’s money and just don’t care.

I placed an order at 6:15 pm with an estimated delivery time of 51 minutes. At 7:15, I called and the automated system said my order was out for delivery and would be delivered in 10 minutes. I called the automated line several times over the next 45 minutes and every time, it said it would be here in 15 minutes. I tried calling the store and the manager cut me off, told me “the order just went out, I have no idea why it would have told you it was out for delivery when it wasn’t” and then hung up on me. This is the worst papa johns pizza that I have ever been to. They are rude and customer service does not exist. I am visiting and would never eat here again. They messed up one of my pizzas because someone didn’t know what half and half is. When I called she even tried to argue with me about what I ordered! It was extra cheese with one half pepperoni…To add, my pizzas were made sloppy AF. Please save your time and money! This place should be closed honestly so they can clean house and/or retrain their employees!

The staff click “delivered” on orders to keep there average delivery times down. I ordered a pizza that was “delivered” in 32 mins, but when I called them they said it had not actually left the store. It didn’t arrive for an hour and 40 mins.

Do you have time? Then order from here. Every delivery order takes at least 30 minutes longer than they estimate. Even at 9:00 pm on a Sunday. This our half pepperoni/ half sausage. There are two pieces of pepperoni pizza with a total of three pepperoni.
