We arrived late on a weekday night and found the place deserted like an apocalypse had begun. The only human beings we saw were the women behind the McDonald’s counter and THEY WERE SO NICE. You’d expect late night fast food folks to be cantankerous, but they happily took out orders and whipped up fresh fries and all. Thank you APOCALYPTIC MCDONALD’S.

I just left McDonald’s right this second. The McDonald’s crew were clapping for another teammate. It sounded like they succeeded in preparing a meal or a sandwich in a certain amount of time. Hats off to them! I’m highly impressed. It’s difficult to find good employees. The recognition towards their peer shows that these employees care and want to better and upskill each other. Anyway the food here is always fresh. I never get stale fries or sandwiches. They are pricier than regular McDonald’s but what do you expect? You were driving on the MA Pike. I’m sure the lease is very expensive.

It’s a McDonald’s, so I am basing this off from other McDonald’s. Staff was friendly. The place seemed pretty clean. The orders were made correctly. The food was warm and seemed fresh. No real issues.

The food was fine, but customer service completely messed up the orders. They also put the wrong burgers in the wrong boxes so we were confused on who’s eating what. I recommend putting electronic stations to order food so this doesn’t happen again.

This isI in the hwy I90 rest stop. Last night the fries were not great at all, maybe not fresh? If you travel a lot like we do, their app is super handy! Order ahead and then pick up your food when you stop in to use the restroom. Their warm Cinnamon buns are amazing.

One fountain soda is $3, obviously the thruway resturants are more expensive but that seems like overkill for a billion dollar company. And if you’re expecting mcdonalds typical syrup to carbonation ratio you’ll be dissappinted as it’s very watered down.

While driving from Worcester, Massachusetts to my home in Syracuse, NY, we stopped here for dinner. I deducted 2 stars because the shake & ice cream machines were down!!! Also, my mom ordered unsweetened ice tea & was given sweetened tea however, a crew member immediately made fresh unsweetened ice tea to correct the error.
