I ordered a large fry and ice cream and waited a long time for them to give it to me, meanwhile people that ordered after me were already getting their food. I asked the cashier about it and he checked with the manager, only for him to say that they already called the order and “someone else took it”. But they never called it considering that I stood by the counter the whole time waiting. The manager wouldn’t even come out of the kitchen to talk, and made the cashier say that they couldn’t do anything about it and that I wouldn’t be able to get my food or to get a refund.

I waited for almost four minutes in the drive through line at 9:45pm with three cars in front of me and two cars behind me and I counted a total of 11 or 12 people. McDonald’s wasted a lot of our time since they had closed at 8pm yet for almost two hours, they couldn’t be bothered to turn off the signs and parking lot lights until I was driving out. Come on McDonald’s closing manager, you need to do better.

Store was clean and service was fast. They always make my fries fresh when I ask and are kind about it. Consistency is key when it comes to fast food for me. Food was brought to my table by an employee with a smile and asked if there was anything else I needed! Probably the friendliest most efficient group of people I have seen at any McDonald’s so far. Price is standard and it is affordable. I come here all the time and they never mess up my order. McDonald’s is actually the best place to eat ever! Job well done!
