Our first visit to Michael Anthony’s Cucina Italiano was superb. We had a reservation for the bar and the head bartender was a terrific host. We enjoyed Prosecco cocktail, delicious bottle of white wine from their large wine list. Our appetizer was light and fresh Insalata di Burrata e Pomodoro. Our two hot perfectky presented and prepared entrees were Swordfish steaks pan seared Pesace in Saor (onions) and Pesace alla Livornese (olives). Wow tasted absolutely delicious. We rarely order desert but we were having such a great meal we opted for the Gelati e Sorbett Salt Pretzel flavored. Wow cool and palate calming treat it was.

Came here with my husband for anniversary dinner. Everything was fantastic! Delicious food and drinks and a romantic atmosphere made for the perfect evening. My husband ordered the chicken with sweet pea risotto and I got a Caesar salad (not pictured) with the veal medallions and it was all amazing! We ordered the dessert sampler after our meal, which included vanilla pudding with fruit, tiramisu, and a cream puff. Must try while in HHI!

My friend Nina took me to Michael Anthony’s in early July 2023 for my birthday and it was a superb fine dining experience from start to finish. We were seated in the more cozy wine room and I immediately noticed the little “birthday” card that had been placed on our table. Our server was Jaylin and she could not have been more gracious and attentive in taking care of us. Our dinners were delicious as was the the panacott we shared for dessert. I enjoyed the experience so much that we will be going back to Michael Anthony’s for Nina’s birthday when we return from New York State where we are now visiting.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. We had a special Chef’s Pairing dinner, and it superceded ALL expectations. From the first step inside, we enjoyed the ambiance, but as a bonus, our table was in the quaint, cozy wine room. Our server, Juan, was outstanding. His knowledge and passion for his job showed in all his recommendations and pairing selections of wine. The flavors of the food were all exquisite, and the presentation impressive. No disappointment here. We will be back next year, for sure. Make sure to have the house made Limoncello. Yum!

Amazing experience. Our server was attentive and gave great suggestions. Ordered the calamari to start and it was delicious. I ordered the scallops which came on a bed of risotto. That scallops melted in my mouth and the risotto was creamy and delightful. My husband ordered the veal special and said the veal was perfect. Unfortunately we did not have any room for dessert but that’s the reason we will be back. Next till skip the appetizer to save room for dessert!

When you walk into this Italian gem you feel as if you are almost transported back in time. It’s classy, elegant, and the entire ambiance is stellar. We got reservations for the bar & had a great time. The antipasti plate (get the small! It’s HUGE!) and the scallops were incredible! Truly some of the best scallops I’ve ever had.
