Ordered delivery of 2 beef salads, green papaya salad, sticky rice, and eating utensils. My delivery was short a salad and utensils and napkins. I call the restaurant. They blame hubgrub! My bag was tied and taped with my ticket stub, and obviously never opened. The restaurant refused to refund me saying their person screwed the order up but it was an online order issue that had to be resolved thru hubgrub. THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME.
