Order pizza to be delivered along with the cinnamon pull apart. They answered the phone hung on me so I called back the didn’t want to pick up the phone because they remembered what my number looked like. So they pick up to tell me to hold on the line but never returned to the phone. So here is a pic of my food. Would u eat this.

Service isn’t ever good but the food is usually made fast. The new stuff crust isn’t really good I do enjoy Papa Johns a few times a year. On this visit we got a beef, onion, with extra cheese and a meats.

Please do not visit this location! I placed an order for this location through their “call center” (which should be dissolved immediately because there was a huge language barrier between us and the CSR and we could not understand anything they were saying). They transferred me over to this store, where I talked to the manager Tay and associate Donna. The reason I was transferred over is because I wanted to place a pickup time for my order. I did not realize that apparently the pickup time needs to be placed before they take you order. Regardless instead of the manager, Tay, trying to make things right she basically told me there is nothing they can do, but cancel and replace the order for my requested time. They told me that a refund will go back to my card in 3-5 business days, which is ridiculous. I have decided to take my business elsewhere and ended up going to Pizza Hut instead.

My Papa Johns is over 1.5 hours late, after taking taking 30 min to order , repeating my address 2 times, repeating my order 3 times because of a “ new systemstill no pizza. I’ve called but you can only reach a call center now, not the actual location. They transferred me to the store 3 times and each times I was hung up on and no one ever picked up. I ordered 2 pizzas and asked for sauces and paper plates and napkins, they literally sent one paper plate, delivered by a drive with his mask hanging on one ear but not over his mouth or nose .
