So much for $10 Tuesdays. I typically leave work at 7 PM on Tuesdays and arrive at 7:15 to order a pizza. This evening when I arrived the employees were inside but had the lights out and refused to acknowledge any customers. The staff is their joking and laughing with each other when the sign on the door and the website clearly states they are open until 8 PM. I can understand a store closing early Due to staffing issues that several retail facilities have been experiencing as of late. But when you have two or three employees just hanging out with no explanation, it does not look good.

I love Papa Murphy’s, but I was totally turned off when we went in to order a pizza today. The young man that took the order – very polite and courteous. He started to make our pizza. Then another young man came from the kitchen – he had long thick hair that was all over the place!! He started making two other pizzas. I told him he needs to wear a hair net – his hair was falling all over him!! He said we don’t have to here!!!

When I got my pizza into the car I noticed a roach crawling around inside the saran wrap. I hurled the pizza out the door. Only eat here if you want some extra hidden protein in your pizzas. For the price they charged me, perhaps it was a premium topping.

Really disappointed with this visit. The employee (Lauren) acted as if I was bothering her with my order. Not sure if the county has a mask mandate, but I would think for the safety of those visiting the business it would be required. Her long hair was down and hanging over the pizza she made. The appearance of the pizza and how it was wrapped was not the quality I’ve seen from this store in the past. Because this is the first negative experience with this store, I’ll visit again. But if I see an employee acting in the same manner, I will walk out.

Okay, listen. I’ve eaten at Papa Murphy’s in 5 states, at several locations, in each. This is by far the worst one my family has been to. This is the third time we’ve had poor experiences, and the kicker is that it’s actually different employees each time, which really tells you something. This time was by far the worst. When I get there, after ordering before-hand, both pizzas are made incorrectly. Then she has the gall to ask me, “well, do you want me to remake them?” Then, on round 2, she makes it incorrectly again. THEN she still makes one of them wrong the 3rd time, but at this point I can’t wait any longer and just take my incorrect order. The whole time, she refuses to take responsibility for not actually reading the ticket, which their system sent me properly, mind you, and repeatedly says, “it’s the system, it’s the system.” The system works, I’ve seen it first-hand! On top of this, she totally neglected to put a topping on both pizzas, that I had paid for. But I didn’t realize until I had gotten home. I spent 30 minutes at a take and bake pizzeria, for pizzas that were made incorrectly. If management does not contact me about this soon, I will go to the regional manager, and tweet, daily about this location.

Anytime I’m looking for a really good pizza but know it may take some time getting home, you can’t go wrong with this place! You’ll have the freshest pizza you could ever have from a takeout joint. You can’t beat that. Plus, great ingredient and a myriad of options. I personally LOVE the New York XL pizza.

No one had a hair net on hair in their face one girl had an attitude with myself an my husband. An when I asked for the store manager a minor walks out he couldn’t be no more than 16 years old. None of the employees tonight could of been no older that 17 an in highschool still working. I do not appreciate how the girl started talking to my husband an picked up her phone while taking my husbands order an slamming it on the counter. I would like things to be fixed at this location a call from corporate office of this location.
