I am uncertain whether this is the original Pho Thin establishment, but the broth remains delectable and rich in flavor, while the meat is both savory and tender without being chewy. From what I understand, Pho Thin is known for offering a single, signature type of pho, which is distinguished by an abundance of scallions in the bowl. Nonetheless, the menu here also features a diverse selection of pho dishes, which, according to the proprietress, is intended to accommodate the varied palates of the local, multicultural clientele. Nevertheless, in my estimation, the pho is superb, and I highly recommend stopping by this establishment if you find yourself in the Fremont area.

This is our second time visiting this establishment and let me tell y’all that it’s one of the best! The authenticity is in the flavors of the food, from the pho to the honey chicken wings, and I love it. The service is great here too!

First time eating at this restaurant, which the server told under new ownership (~6-8 months ago). Will not come back after the dinner & bad service we had couple days ago.

This place is strictly pho based so if you’d want a variety of food like fried rice or something, go elsewhere but if you do decide to dine in, the pho is really delicious and flavorful. The beef was juicy and nicely tender, though they do not serve tendons(they have tender beef, brisket, flank and beef meat balls). There is limited condiments but the broth is great even without them! It’s really good for comfort food. If you’re a vegetarian or vegan, I wouldn’t recommend coming here since its mainly a meat based menu as well.

VERY authentic pho. Similar to what you would get in Vietnam. The broth is not overly spiced with cinnamon or star anise like most pho places in the US. I mean there are people who like that flavor, and that’s perfectly fine. If you want something different try this place. Also they make their own chili sauce in house. It’s not your store bought Sriracha. It has a nice kick to it, super good.

Nice people working there and the food is tasty. Today for an unknown reason they didn’t have beans sprouts and that was bit disappointing because I like the fresh crunchy touch that they add to the pho soup. Other than that I enjoyed enormously the lunch. Is my second time there.

If you’re thinking of trying out PHO THIN HANOI for pho, think again. I had the misfortune of going there, and it was a nightmare I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. The place was disgustingly dirty, and the food was a disgrace. The broth was watery and tasteless, and the meats were tough and unappetizing.
