Very bad experience 2 times in a row. Didn’t give us all our food 2 times in a row! Offered to give me food if I drive all the way back. Didn’t want cold food. Didn’t recook order. Offered to refund my card and they didn’t the 1st time. So we went back again to get what they owed from the previous visit. Same situation again!! This time they refunded. What a serious waste of time for 3rd rate over priced service. After spending over a couple thousand with this place, WE WON’T BE GOING BACK! I can’t imagine the owners of this place know how their loyal customers are being treated! It’s a shame, but I recommend you spend your $$ somewhere else.

After hearing great things about this place for 2 years, I finally made it there for lunch. The staff is friendly and the service was fast. You can tell it’s a local favorite as many people came in for to-go orders. Our food was DELICIOUS! I will definitely be returning!

Throughly enjoyed. Staff didn’t rush me out the door even though I showed up about 30 minutes before closing. Food was excellent & at first I thought it might be a little bit on the expensive side but the prices match servings size & quality. I definitely want to try more of their menu.

OMG, the food was delicious and the service fantastic!! We placed a to-go order over the phone and the order was ready in about 25 min. with the correct items ordered in the bags – nothing was missed. We ordered chicken parm subs, a chicken BBQ pizza, and some fried chicken. The subs were enormous on very soft hoagies, the pizza was delicious and perfectly cooked, and the fried chicken was amazing – crispy skin, juicy meat and a fabulous flavor!!! And all for about $50 for 4 meals! I will go to Pies and Thighs again and again, and would recommend it to everyone!

This had just about the best burger and best fried chicken I’ve ever put in my mouth. I’m not talking about any “about like KFC” chicken, either. This was the real grandma cast iron chicken. The only problem you’re going to have is to decide what to eat.

I ate here everyday of my visit to Columbus, GA. The sweet tea is fresh brewed–tasted like my Momma’s. Jennifer and the rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Every thing I had was great, when I return I will continue to try more things on the menu. #getsouthernfed
