Location was dirty. Huge roach was on the floor crawling and the worker killed it. Floor was filthy. Pink hair worker was on her cell phone taking pictures. Cook looked as if he hated life. I ordered to waffles and received one syrup so I had to go back to ask for another. First time at this location and last. Very unprofessional.

Not a location to visit when they’re busy. The staff is easily overwhelmed and are often rude to each other… arguing while orders are cooking. Its quite an awkward scene from the customers view. Out of the many times I’ve visited, im rarely greeted and easily overlooked.. unlike many fairer skinned people I’ve seen come and go. The staff is painfully selective at how they service the customers and it’s obvious. But hey it’s a WF, there is always another lol this was/is simply not it.

My experience was 5 stars across the board. Mari was the best Waffle House waiter I’ve ever had. He was courteous, efficient and personable. The cook was spot on with my All-Star, everything cooked to order perfectly. I hate I forgot to get his name so I could shout him out as well. This was the type of experience you can only dream of.
