To go order: fries greasy. Maybe the oil wasn’t hot and they sat in grease until it became hot. The Venezuelan burger was interesting. A little salty for my palate.

Terrible! The photos don’t show what this place is. This place was dirty, tables were all with rest of old food and sticky, and the place was empty, just a couple of people talking in one table, so it wasn’t because they were too busy (which is not a reason for not cleaning in a restaurant!) the owner was seating in there doing nothing. I don’t want to imagine how the kitchen was. The food was too expensive for what you get, I ordered a cachapa (plain) $11.99 + taxes, it was good but it’s not worthy. My husband ordered from the buffet: rice, beans and a really tiny portion of salmon (I don’t think it was even a half portion). Terrible service! We asked for natural juice, which they have a long list, but they didn’t have anything available. I don’t do reviews but I had to.. don’t waste your time and money here. I don’t even know how they have good reviews.

Horrible customer service. Small portion. I ordered stew chicken n rice. The order consisted of 1 drumstick cut in half and a small piece of chicken back bone. However other guest plates were full. I definitely felt discriminated against. Server turned her nose up at me the whole time I was ordering.

Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the bad comments, the food is very pricey, compared with other restaurants. The service is bad, rude and is as far as the counter is, don’t expect to sit and get served, but yes a tip is expected. Sorry for the bad review, but it was our experience not once but couple times…

Server was friendly but food was too expensive for lunch. Can get the same lunch and value for less any other latin american places. Ended paying $17 with simple lunch rice, beans, meat, and plantains and diet coke soda.

If your establishment isn’t yet ready to accept clients then you shouldn’t be open. You advertise breakfast and a full menu, but they had nothing available except for empanadas and tequeños. The service was awful, not welcoming. I asked if they sold coffee and they pointed at a cappuccino machine and told me to do it myself. So disappointed, I was really excited for good venezuelan food.
