Food and staff are great, would have given 5 stars but for some reason they still do not have the salad bar open and they do not carry the Pizza Hut Sandwiches which I typically get at least every other week. Just don’t understand either of those.

I just went to dine in at the Coeburn location and wow! We went in and there was a “Wait to be seated” sign. We wait and no one tells us where to sit until the delivery driver told us to sit down on his way out the door. We found a seat and sat for 5 mins and nothing. We moved to a seat where we could be seen and waited another 5-10 minutes and nothing. There were 4 employees there who ignored us and one went outside to chat with a fella in a truck. We left and no one said a word. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I will never return there.

I’m giving a one,star review due to the fact the pizzas from Pizza Hut are super dry. Even when I order extra sauce, it’s bone dry. It’s basically like eating a cracker with melted cheese. I actually think the pizzas have great flavor when they do have an adequate amount of sauce. That seems to be a,very rare occasion these days.
