Ordered a big new Yorker for pickup at 5:30 to be ready at 6:15 due to drive. Order comfimed 6:15. Got there at 6:05 and it was already in the warmer done. The new Yorker has double pepperoni with both flat an cup type. See photos attached and please tell me this is not “double” and there was not one cup pepperoni on it. Pathetic simply terrible.

I just ate two pieces of my pizza hut large pizza. I didn’t think, “ this tastes delicious” because it wasn’t good. I tasted a doughy undercooked pizza with too much sauce and not enough cheese. I never write reviews but felt the cooks need to pay attention to details. Looking forward to a pizza then being disappointed is upsetting.

I’ve never been a fan of pizza hut tbh, but my boyfriend saw a commercial with the pepperoni pizza melts (I think that’s what they’re called) and we decided to order them. They were surprisingly very good. CS was prompt & friendly, food was ready pretty quickly too. We’ve ordered this item a few times since first trying it, also changing it up a bit and tried the meat lovers one. It was just as tasty! I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the flavor is still cheap tasting and can never be 5 stars (It would have to be as good as my home cooking lol) but it was definitely good for fastfood/ takeout.

Called Friday at 5:18 pm and ordered a Big Box and melt. So it was around $35.00 and delivery driver knocked and upon opening door he runs off saying something was wrong and he was going to be right back… so at 6:12pm I called up and asked what was wrong with the order and was told that they made a new order and driver was on his way…. 2.2 miles away yet driver shows up at 6:51 pm and ALL FOOD WAS UNEDIBLE…Melt completely burnt black and breadsticks were hard as concrete
