Door dash delivered from this location. Clearly, they are rushing orders with the oven turned up too high. The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. Well done, crispy on the outside, pepperoni, cheese, & sauce, not thoroughly cooked inside. If they had bothered to slice the pizza, they would have known it needed to be cooked longer. Otherwise, once I put it back in the oven, it was pizza hut good!

Crew was very friendly and helpful. We ordered two pizzas and one of them was quite done compared to the other. They were both the same crust but the cheese was much browner on one. Overall though, pretty darn good pizza. I will definitely be returning

Had an issue with my pizza and Dominic more than took care of it before I even had a chance to ask. Also watched him take especially good care of an older women in line while I was waiting. Could use a new ‘Open’ sign though, thought the store was closed when I first arrived.

Cherry Grove location – Got the two large pizza with bread sticks deal. Everything was correct and on time for pickup, but the pizza seemed a little dry and maybe not well cooked? Nothing raw or anything. Even the pam pizza seemed softer and less flavorful, not the crunchy buttery crust like I wanted. Also paid for 4 extra pizza sauce cups and they seemed smaller than normal size. Maybe inflation hitting hard. When I went inside to pick up the worker wasn’t as nice. Just said “name” and “sign here”. Normally very friendly staff.

Don’t send a Doordasher to deliver my pizza from somewhere that’s known to be for delivery, from staff that work there. I’m paying the store… Not door dash. And seeing that the dasher is coming from a subdivision I live in, where it will take twice as long. I literally could have just ordered carryout if I would have know this would happen. Would rather have someone with an actual job bring it to my door.

Ordered a reasonable amount of food to be delivered through their app. It was not indicated that they are now using Door. So I ended up waiting for 2.5 hours and go no food. Then I was informed that it would be 5-7 business days for a refund. Will never use them again.

If I wanted door dash to deliver my pizza I would have ordered thru door dash. The driver spoke no English and had zero change for the cash delivery. I expect a better level of service from a company I trust.

Ordered here for the first time tonight and when we went to pick up our order they forgot to make our wings so we had to wait an extra 20 minutes. On top of that they gave us three containers of boneless wings when one of them was supposed to be bone in. I will not be back.

When they have the dough in stock for the pizza preferred, especially pan, the pizza cannot be beat. A few recent orders have had difficulty getting all items requested and incorrect sauce used; but overall, still the best pizza option out there, by far.
