took a minute for someone to take my order and the line took forever to move. asked for 2 cups of hot honey mustard and they gave me regular honey mustard, charged me for the additional hot honey mustard cups i asked for and only filled them a like a quarter.

If you want fresh food go before 2. Day shift is amazing, fast and Very nice even with the lunch rush. I received all my sauces and my food was HOT. HOWEVER the night shift is HORRIBLE and needs immediate improvement. You have to wait for a good 20 minutes before you get your food then when you get to the window they still pull you up and everybody just standing around at the window laughing on their phones. If you want to experience great food go between 11:00am- 2:00pm. 3hr windows for AMAZING SERVICE AND GOOD FOOD !!

COUNT YOUR DAYS! My order, Cobb Salad no chicken no bacon, ranch DRESSING extra ranch and a fry. I was given ranch DIPPING sauce for dressing and charged for the extra dressing. Then My salad had BACON ON IT mixed in with the tomatoes that you couldn’t see but ending up eating because I had to come home and use THOUSAND ISLAND dressing that I already had. What happened to my salad, in the trash!!!

Discussed with this Zaxbys. Walked into the bathroom, it was dark and dirty. Ordered our food and was brought to us cold without the bread! Took it back up to the counter only to have it brought back without the chicken fingers. Took it back up again to get the fingers and everything ended up cold again. There were several employees just standing around while lots of tables were dirty. Will not recommend this restaurant

I usually go to the location on beltline, but because I was at my daughter’s house, we decided to visit this location. This is the worst experience I have ever had at my favorite place. The line was extremely long, and I didn’t care, but the food was awful. The wings were old and hard. The toast like rubber and the fries were hard crumbs like they had been refried and sitting for days. I will never visit this location again. I am looking for their corporate office as I write this. Plus my daughter says they never have macadamia nut cookies

Asked for extra seasoning and it was forgotten, which is okay. Went back into ask for it and the person at the register told a cook who looked run ragged to grab it for me. I waited several minutes, my seasoning forgotten by the cook doing all the work, while the second, older cook leaned over the counter and flirted with the young girls taking drive-thru orders. Made eye contact with me several times while I waited at the counter. I am not exaggerating when I say he literally did not move from that spot from the time I walked in, the other cook was a blur in the back doing everything. Wished I’d worn a push-up bra and looked 16 so I could get my stuff faster . Eventually got one of the young girls’ attention and she got the creep-cook to do his job. If that didn’t completely squash my appetite, the smell of my chicken sure did. Like someone ashed cigarettes in the flour—probably bad oil. Fries were okay though!

Thought we would give this place another chance. Not again. At 7:30 they are out of grilled chicken for salads. So ended up changing the order to Zac snack meals. Got home and no sauce in any of the meals.
