We were not greeted upon entry to the restaurant. The employee behind the counter assumed we were eating to go while eating handfuls of fries in front of me. I said “we need to order to eat here.” Never offered us to sit and dine in. Finally another employee told us to sit where we liked except there were no clean tables. After expressing this, she aggressively shoved tables around to clean one and said, “Well where DO YOU WANT to sit?” again, never offered us drinks or a menu. I had to place my order at the counter about 25min ago and we’re still waiting. We still have no drinks and I had to find napkins and utensils for myself. I guess at some point I may just go finish our pizza in the kitchen , as well.

I’d give it less than 1 star but it won’t let me. Never plan on eating at this Pizza Hut again. We ordered online and they didn’t have all of the order after we got there and charged us more than it originally cost and committed to us that it wouldn’t hurt our pockets. By the time we had all figured out the price changes it still cost us more and our food done got cold. Then the pizza was under cooked doughy and the worst we ever gotten from here. It was so bad couldn’t finish it plus made my daughter throw up. Wouldn’t recommend it and as a matter a fact would highly suggest that if you want it cooked right cheaper and better all together go to the gorcery store get a frozen one and just stay at home.
