middle aged blonde woman who served me yesterday was extremely rude off the bat, cut me off while i was talking, asked me several times what i wanted on the sandwich and then scimped me on all the toppings. i go to potbelly’s and get the same thing every week and the sub i got was half the size it normally is, it barely had any toppings on it. the sub i ordered was supposed to have hummus, avocado, mustard mayo and oil and the sub was dry. we will not be returning and i recommend just going to another location because you won’t get what you ask for. potbelly’s please correct this kind of behavior because it does not meet the customers standards!

Update: 5-2023, bread is still good, but the sandwich pepper additions were incredibly sparse compared to last time. Maybe 3-4 peppers total? Sorry guys, inconsistencies like this subtract a star. (Only 2nd time eaten here)

The skinny soup and sandwich flat and a children’s 5$ meal. The service was relatively quick and the food was exactly what we wanted. My son got the mac n’cheese and it was very good… no simple kraft boxed noodles, a great amount of options. I got the mushroom and cheese flat with hot peppers and it was too good. It was perfect portions. We ate well and left with no regrets

This store is not a good one. Today I placed an on line order, and they quoted an 1 hour + wait time. Only 3 employees, not a large line but no ability to accommodate producing a sandwich for nearly 90 minutes. With a post 2 PM promise time, and a 3 PM close time for the store, I have zero confidence in this place.

I ordered two sandwiches to go and got home to realize the chicken salad was missing on my one sandwich. I called and they offered to personally bring a new sandwich and make it right! Blown away and very happy. I am now well fed and happy. Everyone makes mistakes, but only legit good people will make it better than right. Is always order online when I get Potbelly and never have problems…always on time and never any missed items. The food is always warm and good. I wanted to do a little review on the new Steakhouse Roast Beef- SO good. The horseradish aioli is amazing with the beef. Make sure to get tomatoes on it!
