Food was ok,. The horchata was horrible tasted like water with sugar and some milk. The fried ice cream was vanilla ice cream covered in cereal flakes. It tasted like very old ice cream and the flakes were old too. The sopaipillas looked nothing like the menu picture.

This is a family friendly restaurant. We decided to come here because there was something for every member of the family. There’s 8 of us. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the California style fish taco which was good and the portion was good for me. It might not be enough for someone with a bigger appetite. Portions were fine for the rest of the family

Music was good otherwise very unhappy with our experience. Our waiter forgot to order stuff, then they made a menu error and instead of telling us they selected for us an alternative. Horchata water wasn’t fresh. They have no options of Mexican sodas. Food was bad! Worst food I’ve had in a very long time. No flavor, tortillas aren’t even cooked. Dry meat. Even the quesadillas were bad, how do you mess that up. The waiter didn’t even check in to see if we needed anything or if everything had come out good, which it didn’t. I’ll never come back there again.

I do-not recommend this restaurant. The manager/owner, refused to give me his name. He said to me, why do you need my name? I said, I want to know who I’m speaking with. He then said, nobody has ever asked me for my name before. I said, I’m not others, I’m me! What is your name Sir, I asked him again? He replied, I have to go to my office now, and simply walked away from me. He apparently must be hiding from someone or something. As he was walking away, I told him, I’d make sure everybody in the area knows how i was treated by him. The food quality was awful and the quantity of food was extremely small for the high prices. I ordered two meals of the lunch fajitas and he said I will only receive one order of chips and salsa, which is utterly ridiculous! Why would you only give one order of chips and salsa for two different people and two different meals? I’ve been to numerous Plaza Azteca locations from Virginia to Massachusetts and many in-between over the past 20 plus years and have never been treated so disrespectfully. Also, the manager doesn’t support the US Military , local Law Enforcement, First Responders, Senior Citizens or Students. I am appalled at how I was treated at this restaurant. No customer should ever be treated the way I was and I’ll be sure not to recommend anyone to your restaurant ever again. Have a Blessed day….
