I had never been to a Popeyes before today. Their commercials make the chicken look so good so we decided to try it. It’s good but not better than KFC or Cracker Barrel’s fried chicken. The girl that took my order seemed very rushed even though there was no one behind me. They really could use a bigger parking lot if the drive-thru is going to be backed up.

Went through the drive thru about 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and they only had a few select items available for order. Said they already shut down the fryer and were unable to make anything fresh. So basically they wanted to get out of there early as possible and didn’t honor the hours of operation advertised on the store’s front door. I understand the staff wanting to clean up and go home as soon as possible but i believe that they should still be able to serve fresh chicken until the advertised closing time, otherwise they should close at an earlier time. For this reason we never even placed an order, we went somewhere else.

I went to the drive through last night.7/9/23. The young man was very patient and kind. The food was ready quick and hot. I asked to talk to the manager. To tell him what a great job the young man was doing. The manager also was kind and sweet. This is a breath of fresh air to finally get treated with respect..and it was late and I appreciated the kindness more than they knew. Great job to all on this night. Everything was amazing, except the dining room size. There were no available tables, and we had to ask employees on their break if we could use their table. Employees should be able to eat in the dining room as well as restaurant patrons.

My family and I stopped for take out around 9:15 pm on 6/29/23. The drive thru line was long, and there was a wait in the lobby area as well. The place was absolutely packed. The staff was super busy keeping up with the drive thru orders, walk-in orders and the online and mobile pick up orders. Our wait for food was crazy long. But, the manager on duty last night was amazing. He kept his team positive, motivated and on track. He expressed his appreciation to his team for their hard work. He addressed each customer’s concern, thanked each and every person for their patience, and even offered complimentary strawberry biscuits and apple pies for the wait. They got their butts handed to them. And they did exceptionally well. Did I wait for my food? Yes. Was it handled well, with a smile, and with a positive attitude? Absolutely yes. Am I a satisfied customer who will return? Most definitely yes. Good job staff!

It was very crowded the drive-thru was insane. The place is small but the food is great. I didn’t want to wait in the Drive-Thru I had a mobile order and was in a hurry. The reason for using the mobile app did my order was ready at 1:02 p.m. but the man said they didn’t make my food yet . So using the order ahead is pretty much useless not to mention I got the wrong food in my bag. I ordered chicken tenders and I got three bone-in thighs which I don’t eat. Food is always awesome there but the service will they can do a little better.

There was an employee names Kymiere or Tymere. He was very polite to me and well mannered. This is rare in the society that we live in today so I would like to thank his parents for raising such a great boy. It was the end of the day, very very busy, and he still maintained his composure. I’m not sure what it is about those Apple Pies, but I’m addicted!!… the drive thru employees are some of the most pleasant around! Always very accommodating and happy!… which makes the long drive thru lines and car congestion in the parking lot worth the hassle… I think they may have under estimated the space needed for drive throughs…
