I wanted to do 0 stars honestly because the service is horrible. The drive thru is always down for some odd reason. Then whenever it’s open the workers and literally playing while taking your order. Laughing and joking while you wait for 20/30 mins to get your food. Also they are very rude the food is either uncooked or overcooked never how it should be. I’ve had workers curse me out and say very hurtful things. My advice don’t go to this location either get new management or close down.

I use to love this location because they were always upbeat and friendly, usually a more mature staff but today!! The black stud female in her 20’s with blonde dreadlocks was very rude and evidently hates her job! She puts a bad mark on this establishment..smh 5/22/23 1pm

This location is ghetto and trifling!!! I should have turned around when I seen the sign that said, ” We are now back open.” First, of all the drive thru is blocked off due to the pavement being caved in, so you have to go in. Everything that I originally or attempted to order, they were out of: No Macaroni, no legs, so no combo, for me. So, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and once I got home to eat the sandwich, it had 2 slim pieces of chicken tenders in between the large pieces of bread. WHY DIDNT YOU ALL JUST SAY, YOU DIDNT HAVE CHICKEN SANDWICHES EITHER??!??!? TRIFLING, GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL! You take a customer’s money and give them something you would make at home in “your” kitchen, not POPEYE’S LOUSIANA KITCHEN. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT BACK DOWN! I reported this location to Corporate, (don’t think they really cared) because you all were too comfortable with this ghetto foolishness to be running a multi million dollar business. Whoever is in charge at this location is aware that this takes place because the Manager or Supervisor on duty was bagging the orders and the rest of the crew didn’t flinch when she put them chicken tenders in the bag as if it was a Crispy Chicken sandwich.

I waited 30 mins for my food, and when I got it, I will STILL missing items. The manager with the locs was yelling at the other employees unprofessionally telling them “it’s MY line”. They skipped over my order. When I asked about it, the manager lady with the locs said “I can’t make a order if I aint got a ticket”. I told her I ALREADY PAID FOR IT AND HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM??! I showed her my receipt. This location needs to shut down. They hire incompetent people with bad attitudes. The cashier lady was cussing and unprofessional as well. The unprofessional manager was yelling at the middle aged man who was cooking. Pathetic!

The grease in this particular Popeyes is not clean, the chicken doesn’t taste like Popeye’s Chicken it tastes Old Stale Grease and the red beans and rice does not have a flavor to it, it taste like water

My cousins, and I went in to pick up dinner after a long day of shopping. The employees were happy to have us as we gave them joy in singing Stevie Wonder Happy Birthday song with dance. They( employees)joined in with us. They were very polite in taking care of our order. There were also other customers there enjoying the fun as well. Everyone was in the same Happy Friday mood as us. Our food was fresh, and hot my only gripe is my biscuit was overcooked.
