I dream about their steak souvlaki and their white rice is some of the butteriest, most delightful rice I’ve ever tasted. Love that you can load anything you get up with all the veggies you want and I notice that the employees really hook you up with the portions. Also their dill sauce is magical.

I was the only one in line. The staff does not have any patience. I was trying to make up my mind on the different food choices. The lady that was waiting on me was like rushing me to make a decision. This is my second time eating here. It will probably be my last. You do not feel welcomed. I believe a little training on customer service may be needed.

What a delicious and quick lunch. Walked in and was out of there in less than 5 minutes with 3 delicious salads. This was our first time visiting Rachel’s and the staff was very friendly and answered questions we had.

Rachel’s on Elmwood Buffalo, Ny. Just terrible! I went back two times. The second time, they gave me attitude so I decided to leave and not go tic for tac. Two times they messed up my online order. And, had the nerve to accuse me of eating some chicken. I would never step foot in this location or even recommend going to this location.

Dropped by for a snack, just the fresh cut fries, which are good, though you’ll have to ask for salt if that’s your thing, and it seems like a place that charges about $5 for them could offer better than typical ketchup packets.

Incomplete order- a chicken souvlaki order was placed, and requested feta and other toppings (such as garlic sauce, etc). Nothing but some lettuce and chicken in a bowl, plus a rock hard, petrified pita that literally would have broken a tooth had I attempted to eat it. No other vegetables, no feta, no sauce. Not even close to being worth $15.
