Really delicious and elevated. Portions are reasonable and the food is expertly prepared. The only downside is that we were at one of the smaller two person bench tables and the server had to wedge herself between us and the table next to us to serve them. It was pretty awkward to have her backside so close to our table quite a few times. It’s a small restaurant. We would definitely return when the weather is nicer so we can sit outside.

They prefer to have you make reservations. But we were fortunate and we’re able to get a table without reservation. Food is good. I personally felt that I was too young to this place. I was treated by waitress like I am teenager who would not be able to pay for my dinner.

I took my Valentine to Red Sky on Valentine’s day. We had a great dinner and a relaxing visit. I have been visiting Red Sky for personal celebrations since 2007. Never fails. Frequently delights with unexpected dishes and pairings. Wait staff is warm and helpful. Menu is comprehensive and creative. Great wine list. I love this place.

This was an amazing dinner. My husband had the lobster risotto. He said it’s the best well balanced meal he’s ever had. The lobster and risotto were excellent, the asparagus cooked perfectly. I dug into my plate before my photo (sorry) it looked so delicious. The squares were scalloped potatoes, I loved the presentation. Green beans were perfectly al Dante. The pork ribs were perfectly cooked. The meat easily came off the bones. The wait staff was kind and attentive. We topped the night off with a creme brulee. A wonderful birthday dinner.

Outstanding food from beginning to end –warm bread with salty crunchy crust and yeasty aroma…salad with local greens and perfect dressing with pistachios….roasted brussel app was crunchy and tasty and perfect….I had the lobster risotto…it IS Legendary. Yum!! Bitter sweet chocolate pudding for dessert. They have very solid wine list with nice house selection. Id go again and again. Awesome outside dining area with fantastic mellow and memorable ambiance.

Beautiful dining space with local art on the walls and cozy vibe. We came in at the end of service so it took a while for our server to get to us but we understood. The food was very disappointing. The Brussels sprouts app was tasty but the chowder was terrible: my husband echoed my thoughts that they were running out of soup so they just added water to stretch it out, it was thin and tasteless. The scallops and pasta had more of a thin “sauce” like the chowder and the scallops were burned. The sole was fine.

Probably the best meal we’ve had on MDI, Red Sky was excellent. Everything was perfectly prepared. My wife thought her risotto was delicious, my duck breast was excellent (and came out rare as requested), and my mother-in-law enjoyed the tagliatelle. The appetizers were good and the deserts were great. This is what happens when a restaurant takes pride in what they do. Great job and thanks!
