This place is pretty great. I’ve been here around 10 times, and will say I had a bad experience 1 time. The worker was annoyed that I ordered 4 açaí bowls 45 mins before closing. She was pretty rude about it, but I continued to be respectful and thanked/ tipped her and only then she apologized and said she was only rude because she had a bad day. I understood that, but wasn’t sure what I did to add to that? It left me a little bummed. That was just one time. Besides that, I’ve had great experiences. The bowls are all excellent! It’s a little pricey (about $8-$10) but they have military discount!

Went here everyday for three weeks straight ordering a grain bowl, had excellent customer service from the same girl. Ordered a grain bowl Saturday no problems. Sunday I order a grain bowl via website for delivery as I have many times before. Order arrives missing requested sauce, lacking flavor and ingredients and as a wrap and not a bowl. When I call the store, the employee (whom I’ve never dealt with before) gives me attitude and tries to argue with me about my order before hanging up on me, and and not answering again. When I reached out to corporate I was told no to a refund because they talked to said employee and that they “can’t make something they don’t have.” Which is weird, because it was on the menu like it always was before and I don’t recall anyone reaching out and telling me it was unavailable or asking what I would like instead. Perhaps a refund? Scott at corporate offered a “free bowl” which is odd for someone who just said in the same sentence they don’t offer them anymore. I don’t want anything free, I want a refund which they refuse. Talk about poor customer service skills from all involved and ZERO resolve. I will not be returning. Corporate really needs some problem solving skills and help with comprehension. If you want to be respected don’t go here. They don’t give a hoot about you, just your money. And the smoothies are terrible.

Yum yum yum! We have come in here many times since they have opened and each time we aren’t disappointed! it’s nice light bowl that are great for a meal replacement, protein shake, or just a sweet, healthy snack! Being from the south, I love my smoothies like PNWers love their coffee! It’s nice to have a place close to my work that has amazing smoothies and bowls!

Giving this place 5 stars for customer services and promptness. I order a big order online. Alexis, the store manager, had it ready 10 mins before pick up time which was awesome because I got there early. She was very kind, even helped walk it out to my car with me in the rain. The place was clean. I loved having a healthy option for a work meeting. The food and smoothies were a hit! I’ll be back for sure.

First time trying this place with my boyfriend and it tastes really good! I was craving smoothies this morning and ooh this place be freshh! And the ladies are super nice too! Fresh churned peanut butter, you can’t beat that. I got the Pitaya Playa and my boyfriend got the Tropical Bliss. Definitely recommend
