They are Normally pretty okay. But drive thru had an attitude which was not called for. Never get the sauces correct. They did not give me any sauce for my second order and the side for the kids meal is a JOKE. They barely filled it up half way. And one of the tenders was not cooked all the way through and they didn’t even notice… so disappointed.

Dirties place I have been to. At first glance it was fine. All the tables were dirty, but that’s the seems to be the norm in places now a days. I went to the bathroom and they literally had a (very stained) bath towel folded up by the sink. I refused to allow my son to even wash his hands (we used wipes). Their raspberry lemonade was left in the Minute Maid container sitting on the counter. Probably best though because the metal drink container for it was gross. People’s food containers they left (after throwing away their trash) were left beside the lids. We threw away our food and left.

I don’t know if it was a lack of crew or lack of communication but I was at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes before some even acknowledged me. When they did they told me to wait up front. Then it took another 20 minutes for them to bring out my food and the still forgot my drink and 2 of the 4 sauces I paid for. I’ve been here before and I used to give them such high praise. I was really disappointed today.

I was referred here for a grilled chicken sandwich. They do not have one. The only grilled chicken is off menu tenders which I ordered. WARNING: these are chicken flavored black pepper tenders! I don’t use black pepper on my food, so this was a waste of travel time and money. I could not get a bite of chicken without pepper in it. The outside if the tenders are blackened. The people were nice. The products are not my style.

Service was slow slow slow. I got the new Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I don’t know their definition of hot but it’s certainly was not mine. Although the flavor was good it was not spicy at all. The bun was absolutely delicious though. I would try it again

The cashier was nice enough, but the food was not what it should have been. I ordered the 8 PC wing dinner, and the wings were hard and dry like they were cooked yesterday and they just threw sauce on them today. The fries and toast were decent, but I shouldn’t have to fight with my chicken. My husband got the Nashville Chicken Sandwich meal, and he wished he would have ordered something else. He heard the cashier say that our food would be out in 3 seconds (I didn’t hear that part); and the food did come out fairly quickly. This lets me know that the wings weren’t cooked fresh. We were very disappointed.

This location is horrible. I’ve given them 3 tries now as it’s my favorite chicken place, but I’ve had enough. They never include my side or extra sauce I PAY EXTRA for. I have to go in after going through the drive through everytime to get my missing items. When trying to contact them about refunds for orders I got home before I realized there was something missing, they never replied from the help email. Do better. It’s literally your job.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I went through the drive-thru today and ordered a 5 piece tender meal. I get to the window and after waiting a few minutes the staff member has me pull up to the front of store as my tenders were being made fresh. I go to the front and had to wait even longer until finally my order came out. I get home and my order was wrong. After waiting all that time and I still got the wrong order. I immediately tried to call to inform them that they got my order wrong but they ignored my phone call over and over. They answered 2 times but ended up hanging up on me before I could let them be aware of the mistake they made. One time a female answered and said “we are busy please call back another time” and then hung up on me. The second time a female answered again and I asked for a manager and they were wondering who I was and I said “an upset customer” to which her response was “go online to submit your argument” and then hung up on me again before I could even get a word in. I tried several times after that to call again and reach someone but no one ever answered. Slim Chickens in Hot Springs messed up my order and then treated me terribly when I was trying to get them to make it right. They had their chance to right their wrong but they didn’t and they just made the situation worse for themselves. I now have the corporate number and will be calling them tomorrow in hopes that they will actually take action unlike the Hot Springs location staff and hopefully another customer never has to go through what I went through today. It amazes me that this is how they want to conduct business. I will never be wasting my money here ever again and I advise others to the same.

Don’t waste your time! We walk in and the place is a mess with trash all over the floor, kid behind the counter, and the lady who’s supposed to be working the front counter has her back to us with her vape in hand. Everyone is standing around talking and didn’t even bother to greet us. We stand at the counter and the gentlemen in the kitchen tells her twice that she had customers. She turned and looked at us shrugged her shoulders to him and turned right back around to finish her conversation. Needless to say we turned around and walked out and still not a word. But that’s ok we went down to Zaxby’s and not only was they kind, the food was great and the place was very clean.
