I’m not a fan, I believe if they were more staffed, it would be better, but the wait times are so long that you eventually pull off without any food. They once ran out of lettuce and decided to let the customers “figure it out.” It’s so easy to communicate and give customers a better experience, I would have come back, but after that, nah. I decided Sonic just isn’t it for me. But good luck.

Make sure before you go, you’re not in a hurry to get anywhere and have plenty of gas. The majority of the time we go there, I order ahead on the app and check in at a stall to wait 20-30 minutes. Nobody comes out of the restaurant and then the screen at the stall clears. I guess after X amount of time, the system times out since there should have been enough time for the order to be complete. If that happens, you have to go through the drive thru and wait possibly another 15 minutes in line to explain that you checked in but your order was never brought out.

This is by far the worst sonic drive-through I’ve ever been to. It’s so unfortunate that it also is the one closest to my home. The service is poor. They often tell you that they are out of menu items. If that’s not bad enough, there was a time I went there and they said they didn’t have enough change and they just was going to keep a dollar over my bill without asking me if it was OK. No Sir.

With the amount of time you have to wait for someone to greet you on the intercom to the time you wait in the line, you would think the food would be fresh and correct? NOPE! This sonic needs a WHOLE NEW STAFF! The energy screams lazy and the food is a clear example of that. And they have the nerve to look at you crazy when you give old, cold, stale food back. Go to a different restaurant, don’t waste your time and money here. Fire the GM FIRST because you know your staff or should be checking in. Know them numbers are trash!

Was there at 11:54….1 other car parked and 2 in drive thru. We pressed the buttom, waited, nothing. Pressed the button again, waited, nothing. Pressed the button a 3rd time, waited, and still nothing. Cars in the drive thru was being served. Each time we pressed the button it did turn red.
