Sonic always deliver for what I want when I want to eat here. I’ve had their new buffalo chicken bites twice and it does the job, not sure if I like with ranch dressing but to each it own. I like their cheeseburger with everything on it which I had and a corn dog. It hit the spot, food was fresh, tasty, it did what it was supposed to do, hit the spot!

I ordered a large drink only. I stayed there close to 25 minutes on my phone. I was so upset that I decided to leave. I was seeing cars pull up after me and get served. I started to say something, but I know it would have come out wrong, I will not go back there again for a while. Hopefully, a new crew will be working there. This happened around the first of August.

Ordered on the app in advance. Got there and waited 25 more minutes watching everyone else get their food and leave while it still said mine is in the kitchen. Finally pushed the button and they said they would have it right out. Came out immediately which means it was already made. I asked the carhop if she was giving me food that had already been sitting there for 20 minutes and she goes “well it was under a heat lamp.” Everything was cold and inedible but I didn’t have time to sit there and wait for it again.

ordered on the mobile app over memorial day weekend. somehow one of the drinks on the combo meal we ordered was wrong. i asked the carhop to swap out the drink, offered to even pay for a new drink. carhop got an attitude with me, so i got one back. her response was to throw one of the route 44 drinks INSIDE MY CAR. my driver side and some of my passenger side was soaking wet and sticky. my phone got wet and had to take to apple. but the inside of my car needed to be deeply cleaned. my husband was in the car with me and called the manager right after. she said she was sorry for what happened, and also stated she had to have a serious conversation with the carhop. we did reach out to the owner, and he was super nice about the situation. he did offer and send 2 giftcards to get my car cleaned. he handled the situation very nicely, and due to his response I will gladly continue to come to sonic. i was happy with the outcome of the situation and I hope this wont happen again. the owner stated that the carhop would be help accountable for her actions. things happen, but glad we were able to resolve the issue! giving 5 stars due to the managers and owners response to the situation.
