I’ve never had anything but excellent pizza from Sorrento’s. It’s a very solid, local pizza place. I always order it in advance and then walk to pick it up and the guys in there are always super friendly. If you are picking up, it’s easy to park on the street right in front and pop in a grab your food. All I want from a regular old school pizza place is good pizza and Sorrento’s never disappoints.

This is the highest priced single plain slice in Morris County at $2.89. Too bad it is far from delivering a slice that commands such a price point. No sauce, cheap cheese and super Greasy. The crust was good because that’s all I ate after 2 bites. Nice at the counter, but the Pizza was a no go for me.

The place is deceiving beyond belief. The owners don’t care, constantly work without gloves with the food, I’ve seen bare feet put on the counter near the food, and worst of all they are extremely dirty. The pizza places in Chester and Morristown are a much better option if you want good service and reliably clean place

I think the only reason it has somewhat good reviews is that it’s one of maybe 2 restaurants in Mendham. Maybe the residents don’t know any better since there’s such a slim variety of places to eat. Better off going to Roman Pizza in Chester, Pizza Pub on Dover-Chester Road, Valentinos in Flanders or Franks in Flanders.
