New management offers poor customer service. I’ve been going to this location for years, and I’ve never had a problem until the most recently. Assistant manager seems to consistently be in a bad mood. As a result, this location has slowly deteriorated into an unwelcoming atmosphere.

I’ve had problems with this place before not making my order correctly, I never got too upset because I thought that they might not have heard me but they never got my order right. Today I took a screenshot of my normal order so instead of risking not being heard again and getting the wrong order I could just give them that. I gave them my screenshot, and I got nothing I asked for except for caramel drizzle, and Hazel nut and chai tea latte. What I asked for had the salted caramel butter things on the top, caramel drizzle, Hazel nut, 3 shots of Expresso, chai tea frap, and the little popcorn toppings they have. I understand not having all the ingredients, but if you don’t have it all or you can’t make it please say something instead of charging me for all the stuff I asked to have in my drink, and not even putting in everything I paid for. I’m not too mad about the way my drink turned out, I’m just more upset with the fact that my order was gotten wrong and I STILL had to pay for everything they didn’t put in.
